Carol S

I am starting a sweater that is knitted entirely with a rib knit stitch.

It says on RS rows, p the selvage sts: on WS rows, k the selvage sts. After casting on, it says "Beg with a WS row and working first 3 sts after selvage st as k1 p2, work in rib pat until back measures etc."

I'm not sure if that means I just start with k1,p2,on the WS. and p1, k2 on the right side.

YOUR ANSWER

Sorry Carole but I need more information before I can answer your question. Which rib stitch pattern does the pattern use?

My answer will vary depending on which one it is. If you could leave a comment on the page with the details I will do what I can to help.

Notice the different look and feel on some pages?

I am currently moving all of the pages to a new CSS driven template but with around 700 pages it is going to take me a while to get it done.

So in the meantime, I hope you will forgive the switch from one look to another as you navigate through the site...
