Thank you for your help! I should have been more clear. The instructions are: "Cont to dec 4 sts each rnd every 4 rnds 3 more times(140 sts). Work even until piece meas 6" from CO. I believe, based on your answer the first situation applies. I will decrease first round, second and third round I will continue, and fourth round I will decrease. You have a helpful site.
