Instructions says knit 12 rows, begin working as circular knitting, knit 4 rounds, what is a row and what is a round?

YOUR ANSWER

A row is knitting all stitches on the needle from the right hand side to the left. Usually done on single pointed needles, but you can use a circular needle in the same way. When the row is finished you turn the work and knit from the other side.

A round is similar in that you knit all stitches on the needle, but instead of turning the work to start another row you keep knitting in a circle so that the two ends of your knitting are joined together.
