Knitting

I am shaping the front edge of a hood to a cardigan

Next row:
Inc in first st, mst to last 2 sts work 2tog. (Have done this)

Don't understand next bit:
Taking extra st into mst, work 3 rows.

Question is, do I still need to inc stitch in every row and decrease stitch at end of every row for the 3 rows?

YOUR ANSWER

No you don't have to continue increasing on every row.

All this instruction means is for you to knit another 3 rows straight but incorporating the new stitch made in the first row into your moss stitch pattern.
